YOHOSTAGE IP Fanwork Licensing Guidelines
1. Scope of the Guidelines:
We own the intellectual property rights of all our affiliated members and hold the authority to grant creative licenses for all character IPs. If you decide to create fanworks, please read and comply with these guidelines carefully. By starting your creation, you agree to abide by these rules. If you do not agree, please refrain from creating fanworks to avoid potential legal violations.

2. Authorized Usage:
Creators may produce non-commercial, non-profit works such as illustrations, comics, and 3D images based on our members, as long as they do not involve commercial or profit-driven activities. You may use the characters’ likenesses and settings in your creations, but excessive modification, imitation, or derivative works that lack originality (such as tracing, minor edits, or image modifications) are not allowed.

3. Licensing Rules:
Creators are free to publish digital works on online platforms such as websites and social media, provided they remain non-commercial. If you wish to produce physical goods, you must first contact us for authorization and provide relevant details (product type, quantity, sales channels, etc.). Commercialization or monetization of fanworks—including merchandise sales and revenue from donations—is strictly prohibited. Additionally, all content must respect the members’ image and reputation; works that tarnish their character are not allowed.

4. Content Guidelines:
Fanworks must not contain sensitive political or religious topics, adult content (such as R18G), excessive violence, or defamatory material. The use of AI-generated images for fanworks is strictly prohibited, as is incorporating unauthorized images into creations. All works must align with the intended brand image and must not infringe on others' intellectual property rights.

5. Review & Disclaimer:
We reserve the right to review fanworks and may request removal or revoke authorization if a work violates these guidelines. Creators are fully responsible for any legal disputes arising from their works, and we assume no legal liability.
Fan Support Event Guidelines
1. No Profit-Driven Activities:
All fan support events must adhere to a non-profit principle. Any form of sales, including but not limited to selling support merchandise or commission-based sales, is strictly prohibited. Collaboration with commercial entities or individuals for profit-making activities is also forbidden.

2. Use of YOHOSTAGE IP:
If the event involves any intellectual property related to YOHOSTAGE, a detailed event proposal must be submitted in advance. The proposal should include details such as event content, format, time, location, and participants. It must be sent to YOHOSTAGE's official review email and can only proceed after receiving official approval.

3. Event Duration Limitations:
All fan support events must be completed within a single day (24 hours). If an extension is required, prior approval from the official team is necessary, and discussions regarding licensing fees must be conducted.

4. Prohibited Actions:
Events must not involve content that is inappropriate, controversial, or sensitive, including violations of public order, political or religious disputes, and adult-themed materials. Any form of infringement—such as plagiarism, unauthorized copying, or privacy violations—is strictly forbidden.
